Somatic Workshop & Exhibition Walk-through

‘Inspired by themes in Dafna Maimon’s exhibition Symptoms, artist and somatic educator AD Kerton will be facilitating gentle body-sensing and movement exercises, getting you in touch with a felt-sense of your body in the present moment. Through acknowledging how sensing and perceiving are bodily processes, this experiential workshop aims to offer participants an embodied engagement with art and artistic practices. It is an opportunity for creative self discovery through accessible guided somatic explorations.’
